Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement monthly social media strategies for Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, and X (Twitter).
Plan and publish engaging content -- posts, reels, carousels, and stories -- that align with the brand voice.
Manage paid ad campaigns (Meta, LinkedIn, etc.) and track performance through analytics tools.
Coordinate with designers, copywriters, and marketing teams to ensure content consistency.
Monitor engagement, respond to comments and messages, and grow online communities.
Conduct competitor and trend analysis to identify new opportunities for brand growth.
Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports (engagement, reach, leads, CTR).
Collaborate with SEO, email, and creative teams for integrated marketing campaigns.
Stay updated on platform algorithms, regional trends, and best practices for GCC markets.
Requirements
Strong understanding of Meta Business Suite, Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and analytics tools.
Proficiency in content planning, copywriting, and visual coordination.
Experience running lead generation or awareness campaigns in GCC markets (especially Saudi Arabia).
Familiarity with video content trends (Reels/TikTok) and influencer collaboration.
Creative thinker with strong time management and multitasking skills.

Negotiable based on qualifications and experience.
