LifeKrafts is a fast-growing home and lifestyle brand. We are looking for a

Social Media & Influencer Marketing Executive

who can manage influencers, create viral content ideas, and grow brand awareness and conversions across social media platforms.

This role focuses on

influencer coordination, short-form video content (reels/shorts), and social media growth.

Key Responsibilities

Identify, onboard, and manage influencers and content creators Coordinate influencer campaigns (briefing, follow-ups, approvals, timelines) Ensure influencers create

reels, shorts, and UGC-style content

for brand usage Support tasks identified on social media content calendars Generate creative ideas and concepts for viral reels and posts Stay updated with social media trends, audios, formats, and algorithms Repurpose influencer content across Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube Shorts Track performance such as reach, engagement, and conversions Prepare basic reports on influencer and content performance
Required Skills & Qualifications

Experience in social media management or influencer marketing Strong understanding of Instagram Reels, Facebook content, and YouTube Shorts Knowledge of short-form video trends and viral content strategies Good communication and coordination skills Ability to work with creators and internal teams Basic understanding of social media analytics and insights
Preferred Skills (Good to Have)

Experience with D2C or e-commerce brands Familiarity with UGC and creator-led marketing Basic knowledge of Canva, CapCut, or InShot Understanding of influencer ROI and performance tracking
