The Social Media Specialist will manage, create, and execute social media strategies across multiple platforms. The role involves content creation, community management, analytics tracking, and campaign optimization to enhance engagement and achieve marketing goals.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop, implement, and manage social media strategies across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, and YouTube.
Create engaging and creative content including posts, graphics, videos, and stories.
Monitor social media channels, respond to comments/messages, and engage with the community.
Analyze performance metrics and generate reports to optimize content and campaigns.
Collaborate with marketing, design, and content teams to ensure consistent branding.
Stay updated on social media trends, tools, and best practices to maintain a competitive edge.
Plan and execute paid social media campaigns to increase reach and lead generation.
Manage social media calendars and ensure timely posting of content.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
Minimum 2 years of experience in social media management or digital marketing.
Strong knowledge of social media platforms, trends, and analytics tools.
Proficiency in content creation tools (Canva, Photoshop, video editing tools, etc.).
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Creative mindset with the ability to produce engaging content.
Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
