Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute monthly content calendars for multiple brands.
Work closely with design and content teams to create engaging posts, reels, carousels, and stories tailored to each platform.
Write effective copy, captions, hashtags, and calls-to-action.
Schedule and publish content using tools like Meta Business Suite, Later, or Buffer.
Monitor and respond to comments, DMs, and brand mentions across accounts.
Stay up-to-date with platform trends and algorithm updates to optimize content strategy.
Coordinate with internal teams and clients for approvals, updates, and campaign alignment.
Track and report performance metrics weekly/monthly, with insights and recommendations for improvement.
Requirements
2-4 years of experience in social media management, preferably in an agency setting.
Strong understanding of Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter/X, and YouTube.
Proficiency with Meta Business Suite, Google Sheets, and scheduling tools.
Strong communication and copywriting skills.
Ability to manage multiple brands and meet deadlines consistently.
Basic understanding of performance metrics like reach, engagement, and follower growth.
Preferred Skills
Experience with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or basic video editing tools.
Knowledge of influencer collaborations and community engagement strategies.
Familiarity with analytics tools like Google Analytics, Meta Insights, or LinkedIn Analytics.
