Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement social media strategies across platforms like Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, and YouTube Plan monthly social calendars and coordinate with the design and content teams to execute ideas Write engaging copy for captions, hashtags, and bios tailored to each platform Shoot and edit reels, stories, and other social content (basic editing is a plus) Monitor trends, meme culture, and platform updates to leverage in brand communication Engage with followers, respond to comments/messages, and manage online communities Track analytics and prepare monthly performance reports to measure success and areas of improvement Collaborate with influencers or partners for campaign execution Stay updated on competitor activity and provide suggestions for innovation #

Key Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or related field 1-3 years of experience managing social media for brands or agencies Strong understanding of Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and emerging platforms Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) Proficiency in Canva, CapCut, or other reel/video editing tools Ability to manage multiple accounts and deadlines Creative thinker with strong attention to detail A portfolio of past work (accounts managed, reels created, or campaigns run) is a bonus #

Nice to Have

Photography/videography skills Knowledge of paid social media advertising Experience in influencer marketing #
