Role Overview
We are looking for a Social Media Specialist who can take complete ownership of our social media presence, internally and externally. This role goes beyond posting content; it involves shaping how Netbounce Global communicates its culture, expertise, and credibility across platforms.
You will work closely with leadership to plan, design, and execute social media strategies that strengthen our internal culture, attract Indian talent, and position the brand professionally for external audiences.
Key Responsibilities
Social Media Strategy & Ownership
Plan and drive the overall social media direction for Netbounce Global.
Balance internal communication (culture, people, workplace identity) and external communication (brand positioning, expertise, trust).
Ensure content aligns with the accounting, finance, and professional services ecosystem.
Platform Management
Manage and grow company presence across platforms such as:
LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook
YouTube, TikTok, Pinterest (as relevant to strategy)
Maintain consistency in tone, visual identity, and messaging across all platforms.
Content Planning & Creation
Plan, design, and create social media content in multiple formats:
Static posts, carousels, short-form videos, reels, stories, and visual explainers.
Translate complex or professional ideas into clear, engaging, and credible content.
Work with brand guidelines while continuously improving visual and content quality.
Internal Culture Communication
Create content that highlights company culture, team stories, milestones, and internal initiatives.
Support employer branding and talent attraction efforts within India.
Tools & Technology
Use and manage social media scheduling, analytics, and reporting tools.
Design content using Canva and Adobe Illustrator.
Actively leverage AI-based tools for ideation, design support, content optimization, and workflow efficiency.
Collaboration & Communication
Coordinate with internal teams to gather ideas, updates, and insights.
Communicate clearly and professionally with stakeholders.
Show high commitment, accountability, and willingness to learn in a startup environment.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Design, Media, Communication, Marketing, or a related field.
3+ years of hands-on experience in:
Social media management
Content planning and posting
Visual design for digital platforms
Strong proficiency in:
Canva
Adobe Illustrator
Modern AI tools for content and design
Excellent written and visual communication skills.
Ability to work independently and take ownership in a fast-moving startup setup.
Preferred (Added Advantage)
Prior experience in the finance, accounting, or professional services industry.
Understanding of B2B brand communication and employer branding.
Experience building or scaling social media for a growing company.
(Relevant industry experience will be positively considered during compensation discussions.)
