Key Responsibilities
Manage and handle brand social media accounts (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.)
Ensure consistent brand messaging across all digital and marketing channels
Plan and execute brand-building activities and social media campaigns
Create and manage content including captions, posts, blogs, reels, and marketing copies
Develop and maintain content calendars in coordination with the design team
Identify, coordinate, and manage collaborations with influencers and creators
Coordinate with digital marketing, design, and product teams for campaign execution
Support website, social media, and overall content branding initiatives
Assist in product launches, promotions, and online branding activities
Track influencer performance, engagement, and campaign outcomes
Monitor brand performance, audience insights, and customer feedback
Conduct competitor analysis and prepare social media & brand performance reports
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Branding, Business, or a related field
3a??5 years of experience in social media management, content creation, or branding
Strong content writing and verbal communication skills
In-depth understanding of major social media platforms and influencer marketing
Creative mindset with strong attention to detail
Ability to manage multiple campaigns and meet deadlines
Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and basic reporting tools
Preferred Skills
Experience in Beauty, Personal Care, FMCG, or D2C brands
Hands-on experience with influencer outreach, negotiation, and collaboration
