Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Stay

updated with the latest digital and social media trends

. Act as a

bridge between clients and the creative team

(graphic designers & video editors). Ensure all work (designs, reels, videos) is delivered

on schedule as per the content calendar

. Handle

client communication

-- understand their requirements, resolve issues, and ensure smooth workflow. Take

regular reports from designers and video editors

to track progress. Follow up with clients regarding approvals, queries, or feedback. Coordinate with clients and team for

video shoots

-- from scheduling to execution. Help in

drafting video shoot scripts

as per client requirements. Accompany videographer during shoots to ensure requirements are met. Maintain strong relationships with clients by providing

timely updates and solutions

Requirements:

Graduate in Marketing, Mass Communication, or related field (preferred). 1-2 years of experience in

client servicing / digital marketing coordination

. Strong communication & problem-solving skills. Ability to

manage multiple projects

and meet deadlines. Knowledge of social media platforms and content calendars. Team player with good organizational skills.

Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?50,000.00 per month
