About the Role

As a Social Media Specialist / Executive, you will be responsible for creating and managing engaging content across our social media channels. This includes

designing high-quality posts on Canva (or similar tools), ensuring they look professional, and posting them on time

. You will also manage audience interactions, monitor trends, and track performance to support the company's overall marketing goals.

Key Responsibilities

Design visually appealing and brand-consistent posts using Canva or similar design tools. Plan, create, and publish content across platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc. Ensure posts are designed to a high standard and scheduled/published on time. Engage with followers by responding to comments, messages, and mentions. Monitor social media trends, competitor activity, and audience interests. Work with the marketing team to support campaigns, promotions, and brand initiatives. Track performance, analyse results, and prepare reports on engagement and growth. Suggest creative ideas and strategies to improve reach, visibility, and brand awareness.

Requirements

Previous experience in social media management, content creation, or digital marketing. Strong knowledge of popular social media platforms and posting best practices. Good design skills with hands on experience using Canva or similar tools. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Creative mindset with attention to detail and consistency. Ability to manage timelines and post content without delays. Familiarity with scheduling tools such as Meta Business Suite, Hootsuite, or Buffer (preferred). Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Media, Communications, or related field (preferred but not required).
