Social Media Specialist Role:

As a

Social Media Specialist

at Trakky, you will take ownership of the social media strategy, content planning, and execution. You'll be responsible for creating engaging and compelling content, managing community interactions, analyzing social media performance, and driving brand awareness and engagement across multiple platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

Social Media Strategy

: Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies to drive brand growth and engagement across various platforms.

Content Creation

: Plan and create engaging, creative, and on-brand content for posts, stories, videos, and more across all social media platforms.

Community Management

: Monitor and engage with the community by responding to comments, messages, and mentions to maintain a positive brand image.

Campaign Management

: Plan, execute, and optimize social media campaigns, contests, giveaways, and collaborations.

Social Media Analytics

: Track and measure social media performance through analytics tools to assess the effectiveness of campaigns and optimize strategies.

Trend Monitoring

: Stay updated on the latest trends, tools, and best practices in social media marketing.

Collaboration

: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, design, and customer support, to ensure consistency across channels.

Paid Social Media

: Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns (Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, etc.) to increase reach and engagement.

Qualifications:

Education

: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

Experience

: Proven experience as a Social Media Specialist or similar role, with hands-on experience managing social media platforms for brands or businesses.

Skills

: In-depth knowledge of social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.) and their best practices. Experience with social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer) and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Facebook Insights). Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong creative and design skills, with an understanding of visual content creation. Ability to analyze data and draw insights to inform social media strategies. Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
