Job Summary: We are seeking a creative and data-driven Social Media Specialist to manage and grow our brand presence across all relevant social media platforms. This role is responsible for content creation, community engagement, performance tracking, and staying ahead of social trends to drive traffic, engagement, and brand awareness. --- Key Responsibilities: Develop, implement, and manage social media strategies across platforms (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, X, LinkedIn, YouTube). Create engaging, high-quality content including posts, reels, stories, videos, and graphics. Monitor, respond to, and engage with followers, comments, and messages in a timely manner. Track performance metrics (e.g., reach, engagement, conversions) and adjust strategy accordingly. Collaborate with marketing, design, and content teams to ensure brand consistency. Plan and manage social media calendars and campaigns. Stay up to date on social media trends, tools, and best practices. Manage paid social campaigns in coordination with digital marketing. Coordinate influencer partnerships and user-generated content (UGC) strategies. --- Requirements: 2+ years of experience as a Social Media Specialist or similar role. Strong understanding of major social media platforms and trends. Experience with social media scheduling tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Later). Familiarity with analytics tools (e.g., Meta Insights, Google Analytics, Sprout Social). Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills. Basic design/video editing skills (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, CapCut) a plus. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field (preferred). --- Preferred Skills: Experience in [industry: e.g., hospitality, travel, real estate, fashion]. Knowledge of SEO and content marketing principles. Creativity with a strong eye for visual aesthetics and storytelling.

Pay: ?45,000.00 - ?50,000.00 per month
