About the Role

We are looking for a creative and result-driven

Social Media Specialist

to manage our company's digital presence across multiple platforms. The candidate will be responsible for designing engaging graphics, managing company profiles, creating social media advertisements, and driving business growth through effective online strategies.

Key Responsibilities

Develop, implement, and manage the company's

social media strategy

to increase brand awareness and engagement. Create and design

social media posts, advertisements, and campaigns

aligned with company goals. Handle

graphic designing

for posts, advertisements, and company promotional materials. Maintain and update the

company profile

across all relevant digital platforms. Manage and grow the company's presence across platforms such as

LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, and YouTube

. Analyze campaign performance and provide insights to improve reach, engagement, and conversion. Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to align social strategies with business growth objectives. Stay updated with the latest

social media trends, tools, and best practices

.

Requirements

Proven experience as a

Social Media Specialist / Digital Marketing Executive

or similar role. Strong knowledge of

social media platforms, paid advertisements, and analytics tools

. Proficiency in

graphic design software

(Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, CorelDRAW, etc.). Excellent copywriting, communication, and presentation skills. Ability to manage multiple platforms and campaigns simultaneously. Creative mindset with attention to detail.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in

FMCG or related industries

. Knowledge of SEO and basic website management is a plus. Ability to analyze data and provide growth-driven strategies.
