Job Description

We are seeking a

proactive and innovative Social Media Marketing Executive

to strengthen and grow our brand's online presence. The ideal candidate will be skilled in

planning, creating, and executing impactful social media strategies

that drive engagement, increase followers, and generate leads.

Key Responsibilities

1. Social Media Strategy & Management

Develop and execute tailored social media strategies across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.). Maintain a content calendar to ensure timely, consistent, and engaging posting. Track industry trends, insights, and competitors to keep strategies fresh and effective.

2. Content Creation & Curation

Create engaging content including posts, carousels, videos, GIFs, memes, and infographics. Collaborate with design and content teams to maintain brand consistency. Use Canva and other creative tools to deliver high-quality visuals.

3. Community Engagement

Interact with followers by responding to comments, messages, and mentions. Build and nurture a strong online community, fostering meaningful engagement.

4. Campaign Execution & Lead Generation

Plan and manage paid social media campaigns focused on brand awareness and lead generation. Optimize campaigns regularly to maximize ROI.

5. Analytics & Reporting

Monitor key performance metrics across platforms. Generate reports and provide actionable insights to refine strategies.

6. Collaboration

Work closely with cross-functional teams (design, content, marketing) to align social media efforts with broader business objectives.

Requirements

2+ years of experience in social media marketing or a related role. Proficiency in

Canva

and familiarity with basic graphic/video editing tools. Strong understanding of

social media algorithms, platform trends, and best practices

. Analytical skills to measure performance and optimize campaigns. Excellent communication and creative writing skills. Prior

digital marketing agency experience

is a plus.

Pay: ?20,848.49 - ?27,430.10 per month
