We are looking for a Social Media Specialist who can manage our social media platforms and support in building a consistent online presence. The candidate should have basic knowledge of handling content calendars and scheduling posts.

Responsibilities:

- Manage day-to-day posting on Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and other platforms.

- Maintain and update the content calendar to ensure timely publishing.

- Create engaging captions and coordinate with the design team for creatives.

- Monitor social media activity and respond to messages or comments.

- Keep track of basic performance metrics like reach, likes, comments, and followers.

- Stay updated with basic social media trends and suggest simple improvements.

Requirements:

- Basic knowledge of social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.).

- Basic understanding of content calendar planning and scheduling tools.

- Good communication and writing skills.

- Ability to stay organized and meet deadlines.

- Creative mindset and willingness to learn.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
