Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive

Social Media Service Fulfillment Manager

to oversee the execution of social media services for our clients. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced agency environment and has a strong focus on quality, timelines, and communication.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and deliver end-to-end social media services (content creation, scheduling, reporting). Coordinate with content writers, designers, and ad managers for on-time execution. Communicate directly with clients for approvals, updates, and performance reviews. Prepare and manage monthly content calendars and posting schedules. Monitor campaign KPIs and suggest improvements. Ensure client expectations and SLAs are consistently met or exceeded. Handle queries, feedback, and escalations with professionalism.

Requirements

2-5 years of experience in social media management, digital marketing, or account fulfillment.

Excellent communication skills

- both verbal and written. Strong project management and time management skills. Familiarity with Meta Business Suite, Canva, Buffer/Hootsuite, and analytics tools. Ability to manage multiple accounts simultaneously. Strong attention to detail and client service orientation.

Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field. Previous experience in a digital marketing agency is highly preferred. Basic design or video editing knowledge is a plus.
