Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute
social media strategies
aligned with marketing goals
Plan, create, and publish
high-quality content
(posts, reels, stories, captions, creatives)
Manage daily activities across platforms such as
Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, X (Twitter), and YouTube
Monitor trends, hashtags, and competitor activity to keep content relevant
Analyze performance metrics and prepare
monthly/weekly reports
Optimize content based on insights to improve
reach, engagement, and conversions
Coordinate with design, content, and marketing teams
Handle
community management
(comments, messages, reviews)
Manage influencer collaborations and campaign execution (if applicable)
Ensure brand tone, messaging, and visual consistency across all platforms
Required Skills & Qualifications:
2-4 years of proven experience in
social media management
Strong understanding of social media algorithms and best practices
Hands-on experience with
content calendars, scheduling tools, and analytics
Excellent communication and copywriting skills
Creative mindset with an eye for trends and storytelling
Basic knowledge of
paid social media campaigns
is a plus
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
Preferred Tools:
Meta Business Suite, Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social
Canva, Adobe Creative Suite (basic understanding)
Google Analytics / platform insights
