We are seeking an enthusiastic and customer-focused Travel Sales Agent to join our Social Media Team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting clients planning, booking, and managing travel arrangements, ensuring a smooth and satisfying travel experience. You'll use your sales skills and destination knowledge to meet customer needs while achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist clients in planning and booking international travel (flights, hotels, transport). Provide expert advice on travel options, destinations, and itineraries. Convert Social Media leads and proactively follow up on customer inquiries via phone, email, or in person. Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers. Use GDS (e.g., Amadeus, Galileo) or booking tools to process reservations
Qualifications & Requirements:
Proven experience in travel sales, customer service, or a related role atleast 6 months to 1 year experience in Travel Sales or Customer service. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Sales-oriented mindset with the ability to meet and exceed targets. Proficiency with reservation systems (GDS). Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, or holidays if required.
