Key Responsibilities:
Influencer Marketing & PR
Identify and shortlist influencers, bloggers, and content creators with strong follower base and engagement.
Build and maintain relationships with influencers, agencies, and PR networks.
Negotiate collaboration terms, barter deals, and paid partnerships.
Plan and execute influencer marketing campaigns for product promotions and launches.
Track campaign ROI, engagement, and reach; prepare performance reports.
Ensure brand guidelines and messaging are consistently followed by influencers.
Social Media Management
Support in creating and scheduling brand content across social media platforms.
Monitor online conversations, trends, and competitor activities.
Assist in boosting brand visibility through digital PR and collaborations.
Engage with the audience and maintain a positive brand reputation.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, PR, or related field.
1-4 years of experience in influencer marketing, PR, or social media roles.
Strong networking skills with influencer communities and digital agencies.
Knowledge of influencer marketing tools/platforms is an advantage.
Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills.
Creative thinker with the ability to execute impactful campaigns.
