Key Responsibilities

Plan, launch & optimize

Meta Ads campaigns

across Facebook & Instagram Work on

lead generation and e-commerce

objectives with specific KPIs Manage campaign budgeting, audience segmentation, and bidding strategies Track and optimize performance metrics like CPL, ROAS, CTR, CAC & conversions Create engaging ad copy & provide creative direction to design teams Conduct A/B testing for creatives, targeting & placements Ensure accurate tracking via Meta Pixel, GA4 & GTM Prepare performance reports and insights for strategic improvements Handle communication & planning with international clients Stay updated with platform changes, policies & best practices

Required Skills & Qualifications

3-5 years of experience in

Meta Ads

Agency experience is mandatory

Proven expertise handling global clients or campaigns Strong analytical & reporting skills using Ads Manager, Sheets/Excel Ability to multitask and manage multiple accounts efficiently

Pay: Up to ?40,000.00 per month
