Key ResponsibilitiesSocial Media (Organic)

Plan and execute monthly social media content calendars for platforms like Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, X & TikTok*
Coordinate with design and content teams for creatives, captions, reels, and videos Manage daily posting, engagement, comments, and community interactions Track social media growth metrics (reach, engagement, followers) Stay updated with trends, formats, and platform algorithm changes

Performance Marketing (Paid)

Plan, create, and manage paid campaigns on Meta (Facebook & Instagram), Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads & TikTok Ads Optimize campaigns for leads, website traffic, conversions, and brand awareness Perform A/B testing on ad creatives, copies, audiences, and landing pages Monitor daily budgets, CPL, CPA, ROAS, and overall campaign performance Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports with insights and recommendations

Strategy & Analytics

Develop performance-driven marketing strategies aligned with business goals Analyze data using tools like Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics, and Google Ads Coordinate with internal teams to improve landing pages and conversion rates Suggest new ideas to improve performance, reduce costs, and scale campaigns

Required Skills & Qualifications

1-3 years of experience in social media management and performance marketing Hands-on experience with Meta Ads, Google Ads, and campaign optimization Strong understanding of audience targeting, funnels, and conversion tracking Basic knowledge of Google Analytics, pixels, and tracking tools Good communication and coordination skills Ability to handle multiple brands/projects simultaneously

Preferred Skills (Good to Have)

Experience with e-commerce or lead-generation campaigns Knowledge of CRM tools and email marketing integration Basic understanding of SEO and landing page optimization Experience working with agencies or multiple clients
