Who We're Looking For

Someone who live and breathe content + campaigns. You can switch from writing a smart caption to setting up a high-performing ad without breaking a sweat. You care about creative that converts, not just looks good.

What You'll Do

Plan and execute

social media strategies

across Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn, etc. Create and manage

performance ad campaigns

(Meta & Google) Write scroll-stopping captions and ad copies Analyze campaign performance and

optimize for better ROI

Collaborate with designers, founders & clients to bring ideas to life Stay updated with trends, formats, algorithms & platform hacks

What You Should Know

Hands-on experience with

Meta Ads Manager & Google Ads

Understanding of

funnels, audiences, creatives & conversions

Basic analytics (CTR, CPC, ROAS don't scare you) Good command over English (and Hindi is a plus) Agency experience = big plus, but mindset matters more
