Responsibilities
Develop and implement innovative social media strategies to enhance brand awareness.
Create engaging content for various social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn.
Manage daily social media activities, including posts, interactions, and community engagement.
Monitor and analyze performance metrics to adjust strategies and optimize outreach efforts.
Collaborate with the marketing team to integrate social media campaigns with other marketing initiatives.
Build and maintain relationships with key influencers and community partners.
Stay updated on social media trends, algorithms, and best practices to keep our approach fresh and effective.
Run multiple influencer marketing campaigns.

Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
Strong writing, editing, and communication skills with a keen eye for detail.
Demonstrated ability to think creatively and develop engaging content.
Familiarity with social media management tools and analytic platforms.
Experience in outreach and building partnerships within the community.
Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.

Pay: ₹8,826.75 - ₹21,184.91 per month
