Role Overview:
We're seeking a versatile Social Media & Business Development Executive to join our team. This dual-focused role combines hands-on social media marketing with proactive business development, offering an excellent opportunity to develop skills across client delivery and agency growth.
Key Responsibilities
Social Media Marketing (50%)
Manage and optimise Facebook advertising campaigns for clients
Create comprehensive campaign strategies and audience targeting plans
Write detailed creative briefs for designers to develop compelling ad content
Monitor campaign performance and generate insightful client reports
Analyse data to identify opportunities for improvement and increased ROI
Communicate campaign results and recommendations to clients
Business Development (50%)
Design and execute LinkedIn outreach campaigns using tools such as Waalaxy
Research and identify signals of buyer intent to target high-potential prospects
Manage directory submissions and online presence across relevant platforms
Create compelling proposals and presentations for prospective clients
Engage strategically in LinkedIn and Reddit communities to build brand awareness
Identify and research potential clients and market opportunities
Work closely with the MD to develop and refine business development strategies
Essential Skills & Experience
Proven experience managing Facebook Ads campaigns
Strong understanding of social media advertising principles and metrics
Excellent written communication skills for briefs, proposals, and outreach
Experience with LinkedIn marketing and outreach automation tools
Comfortable with data analysis and reporting
Self-motivated with strong organisational skills
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Confident communicator who can engage with clients and prospects
Desirable Skills
Experience with other paid social platforms (LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads)
Familiarity with CRM systems
Knowledge of B2B marketing and lead generation
Experience in an agency environment
Understanding of design principles to effectively brief creative teams
