Online Reputation Management (ORM)
Monitors conversations, reviews, and mentions across Prime video pages and other platforms.
Respond with thought, clarity, and brand-aligned tone.
Flag risk-trigger conversations and manage escalation workflows with internal teams.
Maintain daily, weekly, and monthly ORM dashboards and insights.
Work closely with client servicing, PR, and brand teams to ensure aligned messaging.
Content Strategy
Build content strategies for always-on, campaigns, and tentpole moments.
Develop content calendars that are trend-aware, category-relevant, and brand-first.
Brief designers, writers, and video teams with clear creative direction.
Ensure all content pieces are aligned with brand voice and visual identity.
Analyze performance metrics and optimise strategy based on learnings.
