Job Location: Hyderabad - KPHB or Madhapur as per Company choice

Qualification: Any Graduate, Must have done some course related to Digital Marketing or Social Media Optimisation role

Experience: 4 years to 6 years

Salary: 25000 p.m to 40000 p.m

Working Days - 6 days (Monday to Saturday)

Job Summary

The Social Media Optimization (SMO) Specialist will be responsible for enhancing Ankura Hospital's online presence across social media platforms. This role involves planning, implementing, and optimizing social media strategies to increase brand visibility, engagement, and patient trust. The ideal candidate is creative, analytical, and passionate about the healthcare space.

Develop and execute SMO strategies to improve hospital visibility across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, X/Twitter, etc.)

Work closely with the marketing team to align social media activities with overall brand and campaign goals.

Collaborate with designers and content teams to produce high-quality posts, reels, videos, and stories.

Optimize content for reach, engagement, and searchability using hashtags, keywords, and platform best practices.

Maintain a consistent brand voice tailored to healthcare and patient-centric communication.

Monitor comments, messages, and reviews; engage promptly and professionally.

Manage online reputation by escalating concerns to the right internal teams.

Track daily/weekly/monthly performance metrics (engagement, reach, follower growth, CTR, etc.).

Generate actionable insights and recommendations to improve performance.

Conduct competitor analysis and keep updated with social media trends in healthcare.

Support digital campaigns related to health awareness days, new services, doctor promotions, and events.

Coordinate paid promotions and boost campaigns as needed (optional depending on role).

Work closely with doctors, clinical teams, and departments to create accurate and impactful content.

Liaise with photographers, videographers, and digital agencies when required.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
