We're looking for a creative and data-driven Social Media Optimization Executive to manage, grow, and engage our online presence across multiple platforms. You'll work closely with our marketing and content teams to enhance brand visibility, drive audience engagement, and boost organic reach through smart social media strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
Plan, implement, and optimize social media strategies across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, X/Twitter, YouTube, etc.)
Create, curate, and schedule engaging content aligned with brand voice and marketing goals
Optimize social media profiles, hashtags, and content performance for better visibility
Track analytics, prepare performance reports, and provide actionable insights
Stay updated with latest social media trends, algorithm changes, and best practices
Engage with the community -- respond to comments, DMs, and user interactions
Collaborate with designers and content writers to produce high-performing creatives
Support paid social campaigns and integrate them with organic strategies
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
1.5-2 years of experience in Social Media Optimization or Social Media Marketing
Strong understanding of social media algorithms and analytics tools (Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn Analytics, Google Analytics, etc.)
Hands-on experience with scheduling tools like Buffer, Hootsuite, or Later
Excellent communication, writing, and storytelling skills
Creative mindset with attention to detail and design aesthetics
