About the Role:

We are looking for a creative and proactive

Social Media Optimisation

to join our marketing team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience managing social media platforms, working with influencers, and organizing content shoots. You will play a key role in boosting our brand presence and engagement online.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage daily operations of all social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.) Plan, create, and schedule engaging content (posts, stories, reels) Coordinate with photographers, stylists, and models to arrange shoots Collaborate with influencers and content creators for brand campaigns Monitor trends, hashtags, and competitors to keep our content relevant Respond to comments, messages, and DMs in a timely and professional manner Track performance metrics (reach, engagement, growth) and prepare monthly reports Assist in developing and executing social media campaigns and contests
