Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic and tech-savvy individual to join our team as a Digital Marketing & Operations Executive. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of social media marketing, be proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word, and have hands-on experience with Canva and other digital tools. The candidate should be well-versed with modern technologies and must be able to efficiently manage daily digital tasks and content-related operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan, schedule, and manage social media content across platforms like Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc. Design creatives and marketing material using Canva. Monitor and analyze social media performance and engagement metrics. Maintain and update data in Excel spreadsheets and Word documents. Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and internal communication. Coordinate with internal teams for content and campaign execution. Stay updated with the latest digital trends, tools, and technologies.
Requirements:

2 to 3 years of experience in a similar role. Strong knowledge of social media platforms and trends. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word. Good hands-on experience with Canva or similar design tools. Basic understanding of digital marketing strategies. Strong communication and organizational skills. Ability to multitask and meet deadlines efficiently.
Preferred Skills (Optional):

Knowledge of AI tools or automation tools like ChatGPT, etc. Basic video editing or content creation skills. Familiarity with email marketing platforms etc.
