Job Title: Social Media Operations

Location: Andheri, Mumbai

Experience: 1-3+ years

Overview:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and creative Social Media Operations professional to manage and execute our social media activities. The role involves scheduling posts, coordinating, monitoring analytics and ensuring consistent brand presence across platforms. The candidate should be proactive, organized and have a strong understanding of social media trends and tools.

Responsibilities:

i. Plan, schedule, and publish posts across social media platforms

ii. Coordinate with content creators, designers, and marketing teams to ensure timely delivery of creative assets

iii. Monitor engagement, reach, and follower growth; analyze performance using analytics tools

iv. Maintain the brand's voice and visual consistency across platforms

v. Track competitor activities and industry trends to suggest innovative ideas

vi. Respond to basic audience queries and comments in a timely manner

vii. Maintain a content calendar and ensure deadlines are met

Qualifications:

i. Graduate in any discipline

ii. 1-3 years of experience in social media management or operations

iii. Proficiency in social media scheduling tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Meta Business Suite) iv. Good understanding of analytics tools (e.g., Instagram Insights, Facebook Analytics, Google Analytics)

v. Strong organizational and time management skills

vi. Creativity and attention to detail
