We are looking for a dynamic and highly organized Media & Operations Coordinator to join our team. This individual will serve as the executive assistant to the company leadership and will be responsible for overseeing media production, managing creative teams, ensuring quality content deployment, and maintaining operational efficiency across departments.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Media Production Management
Lead and coordinate all internal media production efforts including video, graphic, and other creative outputs.
Collaborate with designers, video editors, and content creators to ensure deliverables align with brand standards and project goals.
Approve content drafts and ensure timely completion and deployment of creative materials.
2. Team Supervision
Supervise and guide graphic designers, video editors, and other creative personnel.
Allocate tasks, monitor productivity, and maintain accountability across the team.
3. Content & Social Media Oversight
Plan, schedule, and oversee social media content across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn, etc.).
Coordinate with the team to ensure regular, brand-aligned postings.
Monitor engagement, reach, and performance of published content.
4. Google My Business & Digital Presence
Maintain and regularly update the company's Google My Business profile.
Track performance metrics and insights to suggest improvements.
5. Internal Communication & Deployment
Keep accurate records of materials (videos, brochures, digital content) distributed to counsellors and other internal stakeholders.
Monitor the status of deployments and follow up to ensure timely delivery.
6. Lead Quality Monitoring
Coordinate with the marketing and counselling teams to track the quality of incoming leads.
Prepare weekly reports on lead performance, conversion, and areas of improvement.
7. Operational Support
Act as the right-hand support to the company leadership.
Assist in daily office operations, maintaining workflows, checklists, and communication logs.
Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or a related field.
2+ years of experience in media coordination, operations, or a similar role.
Strong understanding of digital content creation and publishing.
Proficiency in project management tools (Trello, Asana, etc.) and basic knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite is a plus.
Excellent organizational and communication skills.
Ability to multitask, meet deadlines, and manage cross-functional teams.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
