About the work from home job/internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
(a) Video editing:
1. Edit raw video footage and add effects/elements to enhance motion graphics.
2. Trim footage segments and put together the sequence of the film.
3. Input music, dialogues, graphics, and effects to create a final product.
4. Ensure the logical sequencing and smooth running of the video.
(b) Collaboration:
1. Work closely with the content creation team to understand project requirements.
2. Collaborate with other team members to ensure the overall quality of the final product.
(c) Technical skills:
1. Proficient in video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, After effect, Photoshop, Capcut ).
2. Familiarity with motion graphics and visual effects.
(d) Quality control:
1. Review and make necessary adjustments to video content for quality and continuity.
2. Ensure videos meet industry standards and are suitable for intended audiences.
(e) Organization and time management:
1. Manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines and delivering high-quality work.
2. Keep track of all project files and assets, maintaining an organized workflow.

Additional information
Stipend structure: This is a performance-based internship. In addition to the minimum-assured stipend, you will also be paid a performance-linked incentive (\xe2\x82\xb9 2000 per quality work).
