Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Research ICP (Ideal Customer Profile): Identify and analyze the target audience for personal branding efforts.
2. Market research: Conduct in-depth research on industry trends, competitors, and relevant market insights to inform content strategy.
3. Content creation: Write compelling and engaging LinkedIn posts that reflect the personal brand's voice and goals.
4. Social media strategy: Assist in developing and executing a comprehensive social media marketing strategy focused on personal branding.
5. Performance analysis: Monitor and analyze the performance of social media posts to optimize future content.
6. Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team to align personal branding efforts with broader marketing initiatives.
7. Continuous learning: Stay updated on the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices to enhance content effectiveness.
