About the work from home job/internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Create engaging content (posts, stories, reels) for social media platforms
2. Schedule and manage posts across Instagram and Facebook
3. Track performance metrics and provide actionable insights
4. Engage with followers, respond to queries, and build online communities
5. Promote events with targeted campaigns and live updates
6. Collaborate with influencers, partners, and internal teams
7. Stay updated on trends to enhance strategies and creativity

Additional information
Stipend structure: This is a performance-based internship. In addition to the minimum-assured stipend, you will also be paid a performance-linked incentive (xe2x82xb9 2000 per performance basis).
Note: The incentive pay will be measured based on follower growth which is expected to double by the end of three months (eg. from 400 to 800)
