Social Media Manager

Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement a comprehensive organic social media strategy across platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and TikTok Plan and execute content calendars, ensuring alignment with brand tone and marketing objectives Collaborate with graphic designers, photographers, and copywriters to produce engaging visuals and captions Monitor trends and adapt content to stay relevant and engaging Manage daily posting, community engagement, and DM responses Support influencer outreach and collaborations as needed Stay up-to-date with platform updates and algorithm changes

Requirements

2+ years of proven experience managing brand social media accounts (in-house or agency) Strong grasp of platform-specific best practices (especially Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, Facebook) Excellent written English and eye for design and brand voice Hands-on experience with tools like Canva, Meta Business Suite, Later, Buffer, or similar Creative thinker who can generate ideas independently and run with them Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

Nice to Have

Experience in the Food & Beverage (F&B) industry or hospitality sector

Basic video editing skills (e.g., for Reels or TikTok)

Salary
