We are seeking a dynamic and creative
Social Media Marketing Team Lead
to oversee our brand's social media strategy, execution, and performance. This role requires a blend of strategic thinking, team leadership, content expertise, and data-driven decision-making to strengthen our online presence, increase engagement, and drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities
Strategy & Planning
Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with business goals.
Identify target audience segments and optimize campaigns to maximize reach and engagement.
Stay updated on emerging social media trends, tools, and best practices.
Team Leadership & Collaboration
Lead, mentor, and manage a team of social media specialists, content creators, and community managers.
Collaborate with marketing, design, PR, and product teams to ensure brand consistency.
Manage agency and influencer relationships when applicable.
Content Creation & Campaign Management
Oversee the creation of engaging, platform-specific content (text, image, video, reels, stories, etc.).
Plan and execute paid and organic campaigns across multiple platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter/X, Tiktok, YouTube, etc.).
Implement social media calendars and ensure timely execution.
Analytics & Performance
Track, measure, and report on KPIs such as engagement, reach, conversion, and ROI.
Conduct competitor analysis and provide actionable insights.
Continuously optimize campaigns based on data-driven insights.
Community Management
Oversee brand reputation management on social platforms.
Engage with followers, respond to queries, and manage escalations effectively.
Drive brand advocacy and build meaningful online communities.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field (MBA preferred).
5+ years of experience in social media marketing, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
Proven track record of developing and executing successful social media campaigns.
Strong understanding of digital marketing, paid social, influencer marketing, and content strategy.
Proficiency in analytics tools (Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn Analytics, etc.).
Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills.
Creative thinker with the ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Skills
Experience in B2B and B2C industries.
Familiarity with marketing automation and CRM tools.
Ability to manage budgets for paid media campaigns.
Knowledge of SEO, SEM, and email marketing is a plus.
