Social Media Marketing Specialist

Key Responsibilities:
Develop, implement, and manage social media strategies across platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, etc.)
Create high-quality content calendars, posts, reels, and stories that align with brand voice
Analyze audience engagement and run paid ad campaigns to drive reach and conversions
Monitor analytics and performance metrics, and adjust strategies for better ROI
Collaborate with designers, video editors, and content writers for creative execution
Engage with the online community--respond to comments, DMs, and queries
Track competitor activity and stay updated on the latest trends and tools
Report weekly/monthly insights and campaign performance
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in social media marketing
Proven track record of running successful organic and paid campaigns
Strong understanding of analytics tools (Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, etc.)
Creative mindset with an eye for design, trends, and storytelling
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
