We're on the lookout for a creative and results-oriented Social Media Marketing Specialist to join our marketing team. This role is perfect for someone who lives and breathes content, understands platform algorithms, and knows how to drive engagement, traffic, and brand visibility through social media.
Responsibilities:
Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy across platforms like Instagram, LinkedIn and Twitter/X to boost brand awareness and audience growth.
Create, schedule, and manage engaging content (text, image, video, Reels/Shorts, Stories, etc.) that aligns with the brand voice and business goals.
Monitor, analyze, and report on social media metrics to continuously improve performance (engagement, followers, reach, conversions, etc.).
Collaborate with design, performance, and content teams to create platform-specific campaigns that support marketing objectives.
Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, tools, platform updates, and emerging formats to keep the brand ahead of the curve.
Engage with the online community, respond to comments/messages, and manage brand reputation across social channels.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree
2-3 years of experience in social media marketing, preferably in a digital-first or consumer-focused brand.
Strong understanding of social media platforms, content trends, and analytics tools (Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn Insights, Instagram Analytics, etc.).
Experience in using social media scheduling and management tools
A creative mindset with a strong eye for design, copy, and video storytelling.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
