Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and creative

Social Media Marketing Specialist

to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing our social media strategy to enhance brand awareness, improve marketing efforts, and increase customer engagement across all digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop, implement, and manage social media strategy. Create engaging content for platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, and YouTube. Monitor social media channels, respond to comments/messages, and manage online community interactions. Collaborate with the design and content team to produce high-quality visuals and copy. Track KPIs, generate reports, and analyze performance metrics to optimize campaigns. Stay up-to-date with latest social media trends, tools, and best practices. Run paid ad campaigns and monitor ROI across platforms (Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, Google Display, etc.). Work closely with the marketing team to align social media efforts with overall branding and promotional goals.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field. 1-3 years of proven experience in social media marketing or digital marketing. Strong understanding of social media platforms and content strategies. Basic graphic designing skills (Canva, Adobe Photoshop, etc.) is a plus. Experience with analytics tools (Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, etc.). Excellent communication and writing skills. Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
