Key Responsibilities:
Digital Marketing Strategy:
Develop, execute, and manage digital marketing strategies across multiple channels including SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and content marketing.
Analyze trends, customer insights, and market conditions to optimize marketing campaigns.
Website Design & Optimization:
Collaborate with the design and development team to create modern, user-friendly, and SEO-optimized websites for clients.
Monitor and enhance website performance using tools like Google Analytics, heatmaps, and A/B testing.
Ensure websites align with SEO best practices and provide an exceptional user experience (UX).
SEO & Content Marketing:
Conduct keyword research and implement on-page/off-page SEO strategies to improve organic rankings.
Develop and manage high-quality content tailored to target audiences for blogs, websites, and social media.
Social Media Marketing:
Plan, create, and manage social media campaigns across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.) to boost engagement and conversions.
Analyze campaign performance and provide actionable insights for continuous improvement.
Paid Advertising Campaigns:
Manage and optimize PPC campaigns on platforms like Google Ads, Meta Ads, and others to achieve target ROI.
Monitor ad spend, track KPIs, and generate detailed performance reports for clients.
Client Communication & Reporting:
Maintain regular communication with clients to update them on campaign progress and deliverables.
Create and present monthly performance reports and analytics dashboards.
Key Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, IT, or a related field.
Proven experience (2+ years) in digital marketing and website design.
Strong knowledge of SEO, SEM, Google Ads, social media platforms, and analytics tools.
Proficiency in website design platforms like WordPress, Shopify, or Wix (basic coding knowledge is a plus).
Experience with tools such as Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, SEMrush, Ahrefs, and Canva.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Preferred Skills:
Experience with graphic design tools (Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.).
Familiarity with marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Mailchimp).
Certifications in Google Ads, SEO, or Digital Marketing (preferred but not mandatory).
