As part of our continued expansion, we are seeking a talented Social Media Marketing Specialist to join our team. This is a work-from-home opportunity, offering flexibility and the chance to work with a dynamic and creative team.
Responsibilities:
Develop, implement, and manage social media strategies across various platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.).
Create / manage accounts, create content calendar, liasioning with clients, scheduling content, including posts / stories / videos / content, tailored for each platform.
Monitor and analyze the performance of social media campaigns using analytics tools to optimize engagement, reach, and conversions.
Engage with followers, respond to comments and messages, and build an online community.
Collaborate with the creative team to ensure brand consistency across all social media channels.
Stay up to date with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices.
Manage social media advertising campaigns, including budget allocation, targeting, and performance tracking.
Prepare monthly reports on social media performance and suggest improvements.
Requirements:
Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in social media marketing or a related role
Strong knowledge of social media platforms and their respective best practices
Good copywriting skills for technical and non-technical businesses
Experience with social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, or similar)
Basic graphic design skills and experience using tools like Canva, Invideo etc.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights
Knowledge of paid social media advertising and targeting techniques is a plus
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote/hybrid environment
