What We're Offering:

Role: Social Media Marketer

As a founding Social Media Marketer, you will:

Develop and execute

social media strategies

across platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, X/Twitter, YouTube). Create and curate

engaging content

, including graphics, videos, and posts aligned with the brand mission. Monitor, analyze, and optimize

campaign performance metrics

to improve engagement and reach. Collaborate with the creative and content teams to

conceptualize innovative campaigns

. Manage social media calendars, scheduling tools, and community engagement activities. Stay updated on

digital marketing trends

and platform changes to drive growth.

Who We're Looking For:

Visionary thinkers who can

strategize and execute social media campaigns

with creativity and impact. Team players with a strong sense of

ownership, trust, and accountability

. Individuals with

0-3 years of experience

(freshers welcome if proactive and committed). Strong knowledge of

content creation tools, social media trends, analytics tools

. Fluent in

English & Hindi

with willingness to

travel 100%

if required.
