Role Overview:

We are hiring a

Senior Social Media Marketing Specialist

to manage and grow Provis Technologies' presence on

LinkedIn, Instagram, and Facebook

. This role requires someone with creative and analytical skills who can plan, execute, and optimize social media content and campaigns to build community and boost brand engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

Create high-quality content, including posts, stories, infographics, and case studies Manage and schedule posts across LinkedIn, Instagram, and Facebook Respond to comments and direct messages to maintain audience engagement Develop and implement follower growth and engagement strategies Use relevant hashtags, run campaigns, and encourage user-generated content Track key metrics and prepare performance reports Continuously optimize content and strategy based on analytics Coordinate with internal teams to align content with ongoing services and initiatives

Key Metrics:

Increase in follower count across platforms Higher engagement rates (likes, shares, comments, saves) Improved brand visibility and community interaction Consistent, high-quality social media presence

Required Skills & Qualifications:

3+ years of experience in social media marketing Strong content creation and copywriting skills Experience with design tools like

Canva, Adobe Suite

, or

Figma

Proficiency in scheduling tools like

Buffer, Hootsuite

, or

Meta Business Suite

In-depth understanding of social media algorithms and engagement tactics Strong communication and project management skills

Nice to Have:

Experience in tech, IT services, or SaaS industries Familiarity with basic video editing or motion graphics Exposure to CRM or marketing automation platforms Background in remote or agency-based work
