Selected specialist day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Conducting in-depth research on industry-related topics to keep tabs on the trending content on social media.
2. Scheduling and monitoring posts on various social media platforms.
3. Monitoring the audience engagement on all the assigned social media platforms using insights and other analytics.
4. Writing content (messages, captions, and post contents) without any errors and inconsistencies.
5. Editing and polishing existing content to improve readability.
6. Researching the most trending hashtags in the industry and incorporating them while posting new content.
7. Identifying customers' needs and recommending new campaigns to improve the social presence.
8. Generating, editing, publishing, and sharing engaging content daily (e.g. original text, photos, videos, and news).
9. Suggesting and implementing new features to develop brand awareness, like promotions and competitions.
10. Using social media marketing tools.
Requirements:
1. Excellent knowledge of Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, and other social media best practices.
2. Excellent consulting, writing, presentation, and communication skills.
3. Knowledge of online marketing and a good understanding of major marketing channels.
4. Excellent social media content writing and communication skills.
5. Good understanding of social media KPIs.
