Job Overview: We are seeking a creative and results-driven Social Media Marketing Specialist to join our team at Uhomes India who can build brand awareness of Uhomes in the Indian market through strong social media contents and strategy in no time. uhomes.com is a global platform that specializes in providing student housing option to the students who are moving from India to abroad for higher studies primarily to UK, US and Australia. Uhomes has an international operation located operations in over 27 countries or regions. The Social Media Marketing Specialist will be responsible for developing and implementing effective social media strategies to increase brand awareness, engage our target audience, and drive traffic and conversions. The ideal candidate should possess a deep understanding of various social media platforms, excellent communication skills, and a passion for creating compelling and engaging content for the Indian market. Develop and execute comprehensive social media marketing plans to promote our brand, products, and services across various social media platforms. 2. Create engaging and relevant content for social media channels, including text, image, and video posts, that align with our brand identity and resonate with our target audience. 3. Monitor social media trends, tools, and applications, and leverage this knowledge to improve social media content and campaigns. 4. Manage and maintain a consistent brand voice and messaging across all social media platforms, ensuring a cohesive and compelling brand presence. 5. Analyze social media data and metrics to evaluate the success of campaigns, identify areas for improvement, and make data-driven decisions to optimize performance. 6. Engage with online communities and respond to comments and messages on social media in a timely and professional manner, fostering positive interactions and building relationships with our audience. 7. Collaborate with the marketing and content creation teams to align social media strategies with overall marketing initiatives and promotional campaigns. 8. Stay updated with the latest social media best practices, algorithm changes, and industry trends to ensure that our social media efforts remain relevant and effective. 9. Identify and explore new opportunities for social media growth and expansion, including potential partnerships, collaborations, and influencer marketing strategies. 10. Prepare regular reports on social media performance and present findings to the management team, providing insights and recommendations for future strategies and campaigns. Qualifications: 1. Bachelor\'s degree in marketing, Communications, or a related field. Additional certifications in Social Media Marketing are a plus. 2. Proven experience in managing social media platforms and creating engaging content for a brand or organization. 3. Strong knowledge of social media analytics and tools, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions to improve social media performance. 4. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail and the ability to craft compelling and creative content. 5. Familiarity with social media advertising platforms and the ability to develop and manage paid social media campaigns effectively. 6. Creative thinking and a passion for innovation, with the ability to generate fresh ideas and strategies for social media marketing. 7. Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously. 8. Flexibility to adapt to changing trends and adjust strategies accordingly to maximize social media impact. 9. A proactive and collaborative approach to teamwork, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. 10. A solid understanding of SEO principles and how they apply to social media content and strategy.
