Develop and implement strategic social media marketing plans across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, YouTube, etc.) aligned with brand goals and campaign KPIs.
Own the content calendar and ideate, draft, and schedule engaging posts, stories, reels, and videos.
Collaborate with designers, video editors, and copywriters to create thumb-stopping creatives and storytelling.
Monitor and engage with the community; respond to comments, DMs, and mentions in brand voice.
Plan, execute, and optimize paid social campaigns (Meta, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.) with a focus on ROAS, CAC, CPM, and CTR.
Track, analyze, and report performance metrics using tools like Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, and native insights dashboards.
Stay ahead of social trends, platform updates, and algorithm changes to recommend actionable strategies.
Coordinate influencer partnerships and UGC campaigns in line with brand positioning.
Work cross-functionally with product, sales, and customer success teams to support business initiatives through social.
