This role will require a proactive and organized individual with the ability to prioritize workload and meet deadlines. What you'll be doing & We need you to have
1+ years of social media management experience with knowledge of both organic and paid strategies.
Paid Ads - Should know how to run paid ads in Meta, Instagram & LinkedIn is must.
Strategies & Execute: Create and implement social media strategies across platforms like Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, and LinkedIn is must. From campaigns to inspiring content themes, you'll keep us ahead of the curve.
Create eye-catching content: Whether it's reels, stories, or posts, you'll produce engaging visuals and videos that spark conversation and resonate with our client communities.
Build community: Respond to DMs, engage with followers, and develop meaningful relationships that build trust and loyalty.
Drive results: Use data and analytics to optimize content, track performance, and ensure our KPIs are not just met but smashed.
Own the calendar: Plan and manage content schedules to ensure our clients stay consistent, relevant, and impactful.
Stay trend-savvy: Keep an eagle eye on social media trends, updates, and best practices to make sure our offering remains cutting-edge and buzzworthy.
What we're looking for
Creative Genius: You're a content creator who loves storytelling, design, and video editing. Fluent in tools like Canva, Adobe Suite, and Cap Cut would be ideal.
Data-driven: Metrics excite you, and you know how to turn analytics into actionable strategies that drive engagement and conversions.
Natural connector: You know how to coordinate, craft, and tell a compelling story through the lens, bringing ideas to life in a way that captivates and engages an audience.
Trendspotter: TikTok, Instagram, or the next big thing, you live and breathe social media trends and know how to adapt them for maximum impact.
Self-starter: You're organized, proactive, and love working in a fast-paced environments where your ideas can shine.
Methodical operator: You take a disciplined, proactive approach to your duties and have an eagle eye for detail.
