Develop and execute end-to-end social media strategies for premium and legacy client accounts.
Create monthly content calendars, campaign concepts, and social-first ideas that align with brand goals.
Oversee content creation including copywriting, creative direction, and coordination with design/video teams.
Monitor analytics across Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, YouTube, and emerging platforms; generate performance reports.
Improve engagement, reach, retention, and community growth through data-backed optimization.
Lead social media planning for product launches, campaigns, and integrated marketing initiatives.
Manage client communication, presentations, feedback loops, and expectation alignment.
Stay updated with platform trends, algorithm changes, and new social tools to keep clients ahead of competitors.
Train, guide, and mentor junior team members to ensure consistent output quality.
Ensure brand voice, messaging, and visual identity are maintained across all content.
Minimum 8+ years of full-time experience
in social media management (agency experience strongly preferred).
Proven expertise managing large, legacy, or long-term client accounts.
Strong understanding of strategic storytelling, content frameworks, and creative direction.
Proficiency in tools: Meta Suite, LinkedIn Analytics, YouTube Studio, Canva/Figma, scheduling platforms (Buffer, Hootsuite).
Ability to analyze performance data and translate insights into actionable strategy.
Excellent communication, copywriting, and client-handling skills.
Experience coordinating with design, video, and paid media teams.
Ability to manage deadlines, multitask, and operate independently under pressure.
