Your Role
Strategy & Channel Ownership
Challenge, define, and prioritize the multi-brand social strategy and channel mix (LinkedIn, X/Twitter, YouTube, Facebook/Instagram, communities, and emerging) to ladder up to awareness, consideration, demand, and advocacy - anchored in audience insights and competitive social listening.
Build brand- and channel-specific playbooks (voice, narrative pillars, post types, cadences, moderation) with clear hypotheses and a learning agenda; refresh quarterly based on data and social listening signals.
Own the multi-brand editorial calendar across WebPros, Plesk, cPanel, WHMCS, Sitejet, XOVI and others--sequencing launches, events, and tentpoles with Field Marketing and Brand.
Executive & employee advocacy: partner with leaders and HR/Comms to run an advocacy program (guidelines, enablement kits, tracking) to amplify reach and credibility on LinkedIn.
Hands-On Execution
Oversee and manage day-to-day publishing and community engagement for WebPros and key product brands - planning, drafting, scheduling, and posting content tailored to each platform.
Collaborate closely with the Brand and design teams, to brainstorm ideas, create and refine copy and visuals, and support video and short-form content creation.
Jump in to create posts, threads, carousels, shorts/reels, and partner/social-first assets when needed; QA for brand safety, links/UTMs, and accessibility (alt text, captions).
Proactively manage comments and DMs; escalate product or support issues with clear SLAs.
Maintain a tidy ops stack (scheduler, listening, analytics), enforce UTM hygiene, and ensure posts map to campaigns for attribution.
Measurement, Insight & Optimization
Own a robust analytics framework with channel KPIs (reach, engagement rate, share of voice), content KPIs (CTR, saves, watch time), and business KPIs (traffic, assisted pipeline, signups where relevant).
Build transparent monthly reports and dashboards and deliver insight-led recommendations to stakeholders.
Partner with analytics stakeholders (e.g., GA4, GTM, Looker Studio) to ensure clean tracking and meaningful attribution from social to site behavior.
Collaboration & Ways of Working
Operate as the social lead within a global, multi-brand environment - coordinating with Brand Managers, Field Marketing, Design, Web, and Paid Media to ensure alignment and impact.
Run a smooth handover/continuity process with current contractors and internal partners; maintain clear stakeholder communication.
Experimentation
Pilot new content formats (live streams, AMAs, tutorials, thought leadership series), new ways to create content (e.g. AI video), and experiment on emerging channels.
Partner with paid social to test creative hypotheses and audience segments; scale what works.
