creative, driven, and detail-oriented Social Media Executive

to lead our digital presence and connect with our audience through impactful content.

Key Responsibilities

Content Creation & Strategy

Develop and execute

monthly content calendars

aligned with brand goals. Ideate, script, and create engaging content including

reels, stories, carousels, and long-form posts

. Collaborate with design, marketing, and leadership teams to ensure consistent brand messaging.

Video & Reel Production

Plan, shoot, and edit

high-quality video reels

for Instagram and Facebook. Capture behind-the-scenes content, product showcases, events, and customer stories. Stay updated with

trending reel formats, music, and viral content strategies

.

Social Media Management

Manage and grow the company's

Instagram and Facebook (Meta Business Suite)

pages. Post, schedule, and monitor content performance across platforms. Drive

organic engagement

through community management (responding to comments, DMs, and queries).

Paid Ads & Campaigns

Assist in planning and running

Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram Ads)

for lead generation and brand awareness. Optimize campaigns for maximum ROI using A/B testing and analytics.

Analytics & Reporting

Track, analyze, and report

KPIs

like reach, engagement, follower growth, and conversions. Suggest improvements based on insights and performance data.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in

Marketing, Mass Communication, Media, or related field

. 1-3 years of experience in

social media management and content creation

. Proficiency in

video shooting & editing tools

(CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, Canva, or similar). Strong understanding of

Instagram Reels trends, Facebook algorithms, and Meta Ads

. Excellent communication, creativity, and copywriting skills. Ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and work independently.
