Monitor, analyze, and report on performance metrics, KPIs, and ROI of campaigns.
Collaborate with marketing, design, and content teams to maintain consistent messaging and branding.
Plan and execute paid social media campaigns and optimize budgets to maximize results.
Identify trends, opportunities, and best practices to improve content reach and engagement.
Engage with followers, respond to inquiries, and build an active online community.
Stay updated on emerging social media platforms, tools, and algorithm changes.
Qualifications:
4 years of experience in social media marketing.
Proven track record of growing and managing social media accounts.
Strong knowledge of social media advertising platforms and analytics tools (Facebook Ads Manager, LinkedIn Ads, Google Analytics, Hootsuite, Sprout Social, etc.)
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Creative thinking with strong attention to detail.
Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines.
Understanding of SEO, content marketing, and digital marketing trends.
Preferred Skills:
